This week in class, we began to further study our chosen, current-issue topic and to learn about other issues. We began by creating a policy statement about "affirmative action" in preparation for our 4th Assessment regarding a Pro/Con chart. After that, we evaluated our found sources and then talked about proper Social Studies writing protocol while working up to our next large Assessment (#5)-- an essay on our domestic issue
